Can't get this stream link to work?

I don't understand why because the website for them says they are the direct stream URL's, so im confused as to why they aren't working.

They're:

• AAC+: http://www.abc.net.au/res/streaming/audio/aac/triplej.pls

If you open up those .pls in an editor, you get to see the actual links. Some work well with the bot, others sadly not.
