Connect second instance on other port?

I have 4 instances running on port 9987, how can I connect one instance on port 9988 (same ip/vps), when I try to connect this says in instance log:

Does it work for the default port?

The server uid is different which means that the licensed instances won't connect because it's not the same server.

how can I get comercial license? I want to have bots on other ts3 provider on which I don't have FTP Access to install sinusbot or anything
