[Discord] !help omits "Ignore server-chat"

The !help command does not abide by the "ignore <x>" options.

My version: SinusBot 0.13.37-9791176

My configuration:

Behavior:


Expected behavior: same as all other commands, ignore the command and dont reply.

Temporary workaround: Deny the bot to view text channels (not an option in my case unfortunately)

It's just that there are other bots in this server also having the same command prefix, making a double message. I don't worry about the message showing up. I worry about it conflicting with other bots. That's why I disabled all the chat-commands and left the web inteface open.

Maybe an alternative solution would be to have a configurable command prefix?

For the "!help" and "!info" command this is done intentionally, both for Discord and TeamSpeak.
