Okay I fixed it, the problem was that when I installed SinusBot it pulled the current data from the Teamspeak 3 client which was 3.1 so when I downgraded it didnt re pull it as it had already had a teamspeak 3 Client subfolder containing the upgraded ts3_64.exe

Perhaps @flyth and his dev team can work on pulling the already installed copy of teamspeak and not create a local copy as a subdir?

Just install ts3 in its own folder and copy that folder to where the sinusbot is and change your config.ini accordingly. (Also don't bug me on teamspeak about this)
