Whisper commands?

I've read in the FAQ that Whisper commands to let the bot play to certain people is only available to licence holders. It says in the FAQ that I need to message a moderator, admin or staff about it. I'm new to the site and cant find a contact or any way to message a moderator or staff member about my community.

I found the list of staff members, but as being new to the website I cannot seem to find a way to message them? I dont know if im missing something obvious, sorry.
