TS3/Discord MultiConomy Commands 0.1.0

Provides basic user and admin commands for MultiConomy

User Commands:

!wallet shows the amount of money you have
!wallet history shows the history of your funds
!wallet pay <user> <amount> sends money to another user

Admin Commands:

!balance set <user> <amount> sets the amount of money a user has
!balance add <user> <amount> adds funds to the users account
!balance remove <user> <amount> removes funds from the users account
!balance view <user> shows the amount of funds a user has
!balance top shows top 5 richest users
