+ Added 'Channel creating' feature, allowing the bot to monitor spamming the creation of temporary channels.
+ Able to disable the counting of client moves that are invoked by others.

Interval update

The interval has been changed from one global interval, to a separate interval for each client, allowing for much more accurate actions per interval calculations.
