- Remove minutes and seconds of expiry time in description
- Limit text size of channel description to 8192 symbols as it limited by teamspeak server

Fixes

- When bot disconnected from TS server the script continue sync channels and it led to the fact that the time before removal was reset. It was fixed.
- Description update interval was in seconds but "minutes" in description. Now description does not lie.
