    Notification when joining channel?

    Hello, is there a plugin that informs me about e.g. via Telegram, as soon as someone in a channel on TS joint? If one is not sitting in front of the PC? And can someone recommend me a good plugin that informs me when I'm sitting at the PC? That I would have both?
