You need to run the installer-script as root user.

but if i run it with sudo it gives me this "Cannot write to ‘-’ (Success)."

As @mxschmitt already said use root and not sudo or other users...

This is the Error nach of the command "timedatectl set-ntp yes"

Failed to set ntp: Unit systemd-timedated.service is masked.

try to execute "apt-get update" manually. Typically you have broken apt repos...

execute it manually:
