Alright, looks like your error is equal to this one posted few ones prior. You could try, if his solution is working also for you.

@MST2 download manually the script, create a new file and copy all the content there.

Instead of service ntp stop
replace with
systemctl stop ntpd.
And so on regarding ntp/ ntdp . It fixed for me. I using centos 7, so there is no service for it, its systemctl.

I have the following problem. Everytime I try to apt-get update I get the following error:

W: Failed to fetch http://ftp.debian.org/debian/dists/jessie-updates/InRelease Unable to find expected entry 'main/binary-amd64/Packages' in Release file (Wrong sources.list entry or malformed file)
W: Failed to fetch http://http.debian.net/debian/dists/jessie-backports/main/binary-amd64/Packages 404 Not Found
W: Failed to fetch http://http.debian.net/debian/dists/jessie-backports/main/binary-i386/Packages 404 Not Found
E: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.
Pls help me :c I can't update my server coz it always fails.
