For me the installer just closes with this error after accepting the EULA..

/dev/fd/63: line 831: /etc/cron.d/sinusbot: No such file or directory

Hi ich bekomme seit der neusten Version des Installers ständig den Fehler in der Passwort-Variable ab Zeile 928.

Ich nutze ein Debian 8 vom 19. Oktober mit allen Updates.

"Failed to read password, try a reinstall again."

Export zeigt folgendes:

Hallo,

ich habe ein Problem ich kann seit letzter Woche nicht mehr SinusBot installieren, mit dem Script Installer von Dat-Hosting hats immer geklappt jetzt aber nicht mehr. Ich bekomme am Ende immer diesen Fehler /dev/fd/63: line 831: /etc/cron.d/sinusbot: No such file or directory , habe es mit init.d und system.d versucht. Ich habe Debian 8 und lade es immer von der Seite sinusbot-installer.de herunter.

Hi, I have a problem installing sinusbot.
I used this installer a lot of times and it always worked but this time I got an error saying "Failed to read password, try a reinstall again"
Sinusbot was installed on this VPS (Debian 8) previously but I have removed it and now I want to re install it.

Wenn ich mal bei einem per Teamviewer schauen könnte der das Problem hat, wäre das mehr als nur hilfreich ;)
Ich kann diesen Fehler leider auf keinem OS reproduzieren.
Alle Tests liefen auf minimal Intsallationen...

I can't help you cause I can't reproduce that error.
If you could PN me for a teamviewer meeting, this would be very useful.

The issue is your timeserver.
It is not my script or the sinusbot itself.

Update your serverrime and you're done.
I'll try to implement an automatic check.

Hallo,
habe momentan einen Fehler auf Debian 8

Fehler:

Script startet ganz normal und funktioniert wie es sollte, aber während dem installieren schließt es sofort.

Ja, das ist "set -e" ein error reporting ohne wirkliches reporting...
Ich werde das noch einbauen, sodass der letzte Befehl angezeigt wird.
Dein Problem liegt an einem dieser Pakete:
screen x11vnc xvfb libxcursor1 ca-certificates bzip2 psmisc libglib2.0-0 curl less cron-apt ntp ntpdate

To me it looks like a borked installation attempt of mysql from earlier that didn't finish correctly. The bot now using apt-get to install more stuff leads into apt trying to fix/finish those old attempts, which fails.
